I hope everyone is ready for WFD. It looks like there may be some showers in the area Saturday but the wind is forecast to be light and the temps in the mid to upper 50’s so not too bad. Sunday looks to be hit or miss with the potential for thunderstorms. I plan to arrive Saturday mid morning with my trailer and a canopy. I will likely initially park across the road from the large middle area so the CERT trailer can park in the first parking area on the grassy side. I will send out another general announcement in a bit to remind everyone in the club(s). 

Since several of us are active in POTA we will need to discuss how to approach the activation when we all get together. I plan to activate as POTA initially until WFD starts. Then I may switch to WFD mode. Different QSO/log entries and exchanges.

Hope to see a lot of folks Saturday.
